Chris Grayling's work for benefits program is an affront to society, not only is it collapsing the job market by allowing employers to exploit cheap labour and thus ensure more people are reliant on benefits, and overwhelmins the welfare system but is also illegal under the Human Rights Act 1998 and Articles 22, 23 and 24 of the United Nations universal declaration of human rights

Stop this forced labour and put an end to state sanctioned slavery
