Entitle a refund for Video games with major glitches

Additional Information

Games that we are buying are full of bugs, hackers and glitches. These are expensive to purchase and should be deemed faulty if the developers have made a game not up to standards. This is a product and like all defective products we should have the right to a full refund within 12 months.
