Allow Motorcycles & Scooters in Advanced Stop Boxes

Additional Information

Motorcycles and scooter riders are vulnerable road users who are able to cut through congestion.

They are also able to set off from junctions faster than other road users.

They should be legally allowed to share Advanced Stop Boxes with cyclists in order to ensure their safety, improve their visibility and help cut both congestion and pollution.
