Pass a law to make it Ilegal to sell military medals
Military medals are a sign of the commitment and bravery a person has given to his country. To see them sold willy nilly by people is disrespectful to the individuals who earnt them. If a family has no need of medals any more they should be returned to the unit that the serving person was with when they were awarded.
