Petition Action

Extraordinary and appropriately targeted punishment for Fred Goodwin and others involved in the banking crisis.

Additional Information

We, the undersigned, utterly condemn the disgraceful actions of senior bankers and speculators who have brought this country to it's knees, financially speaking.
We demand that a Bill of Pains and Penalties be passed, not just against the above named individual, but against others in the banking profession guilty of like offences, whether or not they are covered by existing laws. This Bill must:-

*Strip them of all assets, real, portable and monetary.
*Deprive them of all pensions and benefits, including provisions for partners, spouses and children.
*Remove any honours previously awarded.

We also demand that 100% of the money raised by this penal measure be used to help homeless people of good character into accommodation.
