Instigate an Animal Abuser Register
Create a publicly displayed and accessed register showing animal abusers who have been convicted by the RSPCA and the Courts to cease them slipping under the radar and continuing to work with or keep animals after theyve been convicted.
Because animals lives matter just as much as humans. Animals have no voice and rely on decent humans to speak and act for them
