Petition Action

Appoint an independent panel to conduct a Public Inquiry into the DVSA

Petition Details

We call on the Government to appoint an independent panel to carry out a full public inquiry into the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency.

Additional Information

This should investigate concerns of the misuse of powers and the improper obstruction of complaints resulting in staff complained about not being held accountable for gross injustice & labelling.

The scope should include but not limited to historic unresolved complaints:

How many Drivers/Driving Instructors have lost their job
Whether drivers have been wrongly removed from the DVSA register
Any impact caused e.g. hardship, pain, stress & anxiety

The public require an honest complaint system.
