Banish 'un-deportables' to Falklands - It's British
We should banish these people as far away as possible from their perceived target-areas.
We (and the Islanders) maintain the Falklands are British.
Minimum Falklands-standard accommodation can house them (and the families who may choose to go with them).
Provision for minimum Falklands-standard subsistence will be (relatively) inexpensive.
There is a permanent military presence for security and surveillance. Internet/mobile-phone control would be techologically simple.
Escape would be almost impossible (and self-defeating).
The life-style can not be deemed 'unusual or inhuman punishment'
The UK's moral dichotomy will be resolved.
This will have a strong deterrent effect.
It is hard to imagine a better option, though new Laws are needed to accommodate it.
