Introduce mandatory smart device browsing licence
Introduce a mandatory browsing licence for smart device users through a smart device new bill in order to regulate users of smart devices the same way a driving licence regulates usage of vehicles.
In a sense that not anyone of any age can legally use a smart device without licence or supervision
I believe this to be a practical and realistic solution to safeguard the public from machine’s abuse. This will be a health and safety measure to safeguard the public from being self abused by smart machines and in turn preventing the public to be abused due to the misusage of smart devices by untrained and unlicensed users.
This would become a milestone of a potential big reform of future educational system.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand you are concerned about the use of smart devices, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we are not sure which devices you would like to regulate the use of, and what restrictions you would like to be placed on their use.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do
