Ensure manufacturer's PIL's are provided to patients prior to vaccination.
Provide complete manufacturer PILs to patients in advance of vaccination. PILs are included with any medication as is required by law. These PIL's are available on line but not widely known about or accessible by everyone. Paper copies are in keeping with the Montgomery Case/consent.
Vaccinations should be given equal Information requirements to medications, to ensure fully informed consent which is set out by Public Heath...

Individual healthcare providers are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements to inform individuals about about the process, benefits and risks of vaccination before going ahead with a procedure.
You could start a petition asking the Government to require healthcare providers to give individuals patient information leaflets prior to giving a vaccination.
