The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The length of breaks are currently a matter for individual schools.
You could start a petition calling for the Govenrment to require schools to have a minimum length of break times, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
