Give public houses a choice to be smoking or none smoking
This e-petition is to enable a debate on Public Houses and other Social Venues being given the choice of being a smoking venue or none smoking, having a designated indoor room as a smoking area, even if this means having to purchase an extra licence and advertising which ever the venue decides
