Stop telecommunication companies from charging late payment fees for less than 28 days, or adding separate payment fees for alternative payment method
Ban telecommunication companies from setting arbitary payment timescales, discriminating between payment mechanisms, and continuing to charge when failing to deliver a complete service. i.e. if the service delivery is affected - then bill payment cannot be enforced!
