A Plan B of the plan delaying the Corona Virus outbreak.Build a new CV hospital.
Parliament needs to take more drastic and proactive measures. The current plan has fundamental flaws : delay the outbreak untill summer , when the NHS can cope, by testing ONLY people travelled to/from and in contact with people from High Risk Countries. This is yo put simply negligent.
What If the NHS cannot cope with the outbreak in summer? There must be a plan B. My suggestion and demand is for the UK parliament to take drastic measures to prepare. China completed hospitals in 10 days. Surely in the UK we can also build a new hospital specialising in the CV.
