Suspend the congestion charge in London to help avoid the spread of Covid-19.
Public transport is one of the most likely places for the virus to be spread through close proximity and handrails etc touched by many passengers.
Those people who need to go to work, hospitals, schools or universities would be able to 'self isolate' in their private means of transport, lessening the impact of the virus. The congestion charge is not affordable for people on lower incomes, so they are forced onto public transport.
