Allocate funds and efforts to the extensive deployment of publicly accessible testing or screening for possible infection of the covid-19 virus.

Additional Information

This would allow responsible members of the public to reduce the risk of community transmission if they feel they are at a high risk of having the virus. This will save pressure on the NHS long term and minimise impact on workforce.
