Allow parents to temporarily home school their child during COVID-19 outbrake.
Parents can temporarily home school their children. And not have their child lose a place at that school. Children can return to their current school once the pandemic (coronavirus2019) is under control. And not face any penalties in doing so, so long as educational needs are being met.
In the middle of a pandemic most parents would rather electively home school their children, but also would not like to lose their place in the childs current school. This should be optional and not have consequences.
