UK should start to sanitize all public places to help the fight the coronvirus

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the issues you raise are not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. The cleaning of shops and supermarkets is a matter for those individual business, not the UK Government or Parliament. Road cleaning is a matter for local authorities.
Guidance for people with confirmed or possible coronavirus (COVID-19) infection is being developed by Public Health England, and decisions about medical advice are a matter for medical professionals and the NHS.
