Should action be taken against Bank Directors for PPI insurance miss-selling?
Why have no bank directors or senior management been banned or fined for their involvement in the miss selling of PPI insurance?
This miss-selling scandal is set to be one of the largest miss-selling scandals within Financial Services, yet no action has been taken against any major bank Director for their involvement, even though the FSA has powers to sanction individual employees.
I would like to see a debate in the House of Commons asking very simple questions:
Why has the FSA not taken action on PPI against individuals working in Banks and Building Societies and is the relationship between the FSA and the Banks to cosy?
Should the FSA be force to enforce existing rules against Banks and Building Societies?
