Take urgent action to stop people panic buying during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Ensure shops implement a maximum items purchase policy to prevent individuals buying items en masse. Provide detailed guidance to the general public on the detrimental impact panic buying has on members of their communities who are struggling to buy essential household goods.
