Stop general transport from areas which have been heavily hit by COVID-19.
Areas such as Italy, Spain, Iran and the USA, have been hit by the Corona Virus to a considerable measure (all have over 1,000 cases as of writing this). If we want to stop the flow of Corona virus, we must limit air and water traffic until countries have more recovered cases than active cases.
