Make Spitting in public a serious criminal offence punishable by large fine etc.
Pass emergency legislation to deter people from spitting in public places. Introduce a large fine or possibly a prison term. Too many people are spitting in public places with the potential to not only spread the Coronavirus but also pass germs around like Tuberculosis that is also on the increase.
I have observed at least 16 people in 3 days spitting on the pavement which I find not only disgusting but potentially harmful in the recent Coronavirus outbreak with the risk of spreading infection
