Form national team of food retailers supporting FSM in school CV19 closure
Schools will close given the significant challenges with students and staff struck by CV19. Our most vulnerable in most deprived communities will be decimated unless we safeguard their daily subsistence with access to a range of outlets providing some form of voucher based support to be fed daily.
Get all major retailers to agree on basis meal deal provision with variety of cost effective sandwiches, fruit or basic heatable meals to ensure the most vulnerable have the energy and strength to remain fit & strong in the fight if their lives. Schools individually ate not equipped to do this on their own. This is a national challenge and can present as one of the greatest signs of developing community and ensuring all FSM, in all schools and regions are adequately supported. Anything less? No.
