Provide a loan facility to self employed workers and directors of companies at the current Bank of England base rate for upto 1 year based upon an average weekly wage for the last 3 months for whatever time duration there is a lockdown in place over the COVID19 virus

Additional Information

This would help self employed workers with their outgoings during the COVID19 outbreak, who do not have savings and would be unable to work if a shutdown is implemented
