Act of Union with the Falkland Islands
It is proposed that an bill be introduced to enact a Union between the United Kingdom and other overseas territories such as the Falklands, Gibraltar, Antarctic Territory St Helena etc....
IF passed these territories will become part of the United Kingdom with self government and possibly restricted migration rights.
Such an Act of Union will recognize the close ties that exist between the UK and its overseas territories. Ascension to the UK would also require the approval of any territorial government or of a referendum of the people of said territory.
