Abolish Scotland Parliament, Create Scottish regional Assemblies
The UK Government should abolish the Scotland Parliament, and consider creating Scottish regional Assemblies. The Government should also consider devolving the Scotland Parliaments poltical powers to the regional Assemblies after there creation.
