People must stay at home with sick pay to prevent further spreading of COVID-19.
Unfortunately COVID-19 is spreading rapidly and sadly people are losing their beloved ones, it's time to take serious action. People must work from home or stay at home with sick pay to prevent further spreading. Also we must minimise large people's gathering to avoid spreading.
To protect our country.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want people to stay at home and receive sick pay to prevent further spreading of COVID-19, but it's not clear exactly what you want the Government to do to achieve this.

we have also accepted a petition calling on the Government to ensure employees are paid their full wage if they can't work due to coronavirus: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/301652
The Government has advised people to work from home if they possible can: www.gov.uk/government/speeches/pm-mothers-day-words-22-march-2020
