24.Feb.2012: a british pensioner was extradited to the US, accused of conspiring to sell missile-components to Iran.
His company shipped batteries FOR A CLIENT who was the target of a US "Sting" operation.

An Asperger sufferer is fighting extradition to the US, accused of hacking into Pentagon computers.

- reform of extradition treaty
- evidence review before extradition
- no extradition for non-crimes in the UK
- no extradition to torture states or where no guarantee of fair trial
- extradition partners guarantee proportionate sentencing
- extradition partners commit to humane conditions & UK review
- Brits may serve sentences in the UK
