Request that government restarts CoVid19 testing immediately.
Testing needs to begin immediately for people displaying symptoms of CoVid19, prioritising the elderly and vulnerable, followed by general members of the public. Long term, when the NHS has regained 'normal working', those with no symptoms to be tested for immunity.
It is imperative the true numbers are known and 'epidemic' towns put on lockdown. This will allow low risk communities to continue 'safe'business as normal. If people are confirmed, they are likely to follow absolute quaranteen rather than half hearted, 'stay at home except when I need to pop out' isolation at any cough or sneeze. Those recovered are able to return to the community expediently to keep the economy afloat and avoid total lockdown. People must know if they have/had it to continue

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The conduct of tests is a clinical decision for the NHS, not the UK Government or Parliament.
We have published a petition calling for the Government to provide publicly accessible testing for coronavirus around the UK, which you might want to sign: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/301354
