We, The signatories call on the UK govt to forewarn the Syrian government that unless violence directed at civilians and civilian areas (including artillery, mortar, sniper,tanks, armour, et al) cease immediately that the United Kingdom armed forces will without warning attack established Syrian Military assets, infrastructure, bases deemed to be outside civilian areas using whatever assets the UK govt deem necessary to through the use of force communicate to the Assad regime that the UK will not tolerate the indiscriminate murder of civilians. Under any circumstances
