Allow tax / NIC free notice periods and ex gratia payments to freelance workers

Petition Details

During the Covid crisis I know that television and film projects are being cancelled and workers are being laid off as a result. Notice period payments , enforced break holiday pay should not be subject to tax while Government measures to restrict the virus spreading are in the place
