Create a national register of people who have survived Covid-19.
The immune people can be mobilised to help the at-risk and elderly groups. They need to be tested and certified and the certification must be checkable on the government website. Publicise the scheme to create awareness that these people can help and pose no further risk of infection.
To reduce fear in the population about people trying to help and to be sure they are no risk. Immune people can assist others in isolation which could go on for months. It will help the mental health of the isolated and also of the helpers who can do something positive and useful.
