Petition Action

Impose 'Robin Hood' tax on profiteering, during the Corona virus emergency.

Petition Details

We want Government to prevent profiteering during this emergency, by making it difficult for traders to charge above the prices prior to the emergency. The introduction of a 'Robin Hood' tax that takes away the extra profit, should be considered as a permanent piece of legislation for future issues.

Additional Information

The Government and Parliament need to take a stand on this, and show that such profiteering behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances, now or in the future.
