To make it illegal for any organisation to wine and dine any government department or civil servant, encouraging better decision making when considering proposals to government tenders.

So much money is wasted by bad decision-making particularly on IT projects, MOD contracts.

A first step in UK subjects demanding efficiency improvements and making departments financially responsible for their losses.
