Require travel companies to let customers move holiday's forward
The UK Government needs to implement some legislation that requires travel companies to let customer move holiday's forward due to Covid-19
At the moment there isn't much that can be done in regard to holidays unless the government adds a country to the no-fly list or a travel company cancels a holiday completely.
As such people are sitting around waiting to find out the fate of there holiday and if it is going ahead or not.
What we are asking is for travel companies to let its customer move there holiday forward (to next year etc) due to Covid 19
Even if the country they are travelling to is safe its simply to risky to travel

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Arrangements for changing the dates of a holiday are a matter for individual travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
If you wanted the Government to set up a fund to reimburse people who lose money because their holiday is cancelled due to coronavirus, you could start a new petition calling for this.
