It's not clear exactly what you are asking the Government to do, or that it is withing the Government's power.
The Government has advised against all non-essential travel. You could start a petition requesting that the Government ease this restriction for people who have already had and recovered from coronavirus, but it would still be up to other countries to decide on any restrictions on people arriving from abroad.
