Close bars, theatres and restaurants during Covid 19 outbreak.
Close all restaurants bars and theatres and not just tell people to avoid them.
Give the establishments chance to claim from their insurances due to their forced closure, rather than telling people to avoid them. Prevent staff members going into work putting more people at risk of contracting the virus.
