Pressure Insurers to retrospectively include Covid-19 as a Notifiable Disease for policy holders.

Additional Information

Treat business fairly. Assess claims arising from ‘Business interruption’, caused by Covid-19, and where deemed to be affected by this Notifiable Disease, offer support and financial assistance, Which is the obligation of an Insurer.

The decision to pay out under a policy is one for individual insurance companies, not the UK Government or Parliament. If you are unhappy with the decision of your insurer you should complain directly to them.
