Erase & clear all Nursing & Medical students Debt, loans & tuition fees!
I believe along with many others that Nursing and Medical students should have their loans and debts written off due to the strains it's now having on the NHS!
Loans-prove a negative crash in numbers of new student nurses/Drs
Being promoted as unskilled by politician's but training for over 3yrs
In order for the NHS to be successful -staff should be working without the worry of a £60,000 debt at the end of their 3yr degree. This evidently is affecting staffing moral, statistically also proven to have less student intakes meaning fewer nurses long term. A politician "Earning £25,000 a year is an unskilled profession" This mindset is damaging to NHS staff who often start below that £25,000 still paying debts for the foreseeable 33 years. Get them written off & make the NHS thrive again!
