Give GCSE, AS & A-Level students their predicted grades.
Stop the Summer 2020 examinations of students to help prevent the spread of Convid-19 in the UK through the “delayed peak” of the virus.
Many teachers, invigilators and exam markers are risking the spread of the virus by continuing the Summer 2020 examinations.
Give students their predicted GCSE, AS or A-level for subjects they are studying to prevent mass gatherings and further spread of the deadly virus.
Use previous mock results, combined with KS2 data to work out predicted grades and allow students to receive their qualifications without risking the spread of Coronavirus.
Delayed examinations will cause a knock on affect with post GCSE, AS & A-level education.
Completing exams this summer will also be unfair to those affected during exams.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards and individual schools, not the UK Government or Parliament. You can read the decision made by exam boards on what will happen to exams here:

If you want the Government to review the decision to use previous data to calculate exam grades, you may wish to sign this petition:

As a result of the large numbers of petitions people have tried to start on this issue, and following a large number of questions it received from petitioners about exams, the Petitions Committee asked the Government about the impact of coronavirus on schools and exams.
