Breaching a court issued child contact order should be a criminal offense and enforceable by the police.

Additional Information

I propose that breaching a court order for child contact without good cause, or without giving reasonable notice and providing alternative equal contact, should immediately be made a criminal offence and must be enforceable in law by all agents of the law, including the police service, 24x7.
