Defer IR35 legislation for at least 1 year.
With a number of business under increasing pressure, facing financial difficulties and potential bankruptcy due to impacts from the coronavirus, should the UK government postpone IR35 for another year?
The coronavirus is currently fatal to less than 1% of humans, but will be fatal to 20% of British businesses, many will not survive this.
There will be hardships on families, loss of homes, financial instability and an increase in mental health issues (Anxiety & stress).
IR35 if implemented this year, will have a detrimental effect to the sustainability and well being of British businesses, the national interest and its citizens. #IR35lifeline #savebritishbusiness
