Make it illegal to re-sell products over the retail price
Make it illegal to re-sell products over the retail price, so that people can not make a profit from retailers or brands
Currently due to the Covid-19 outbreak,
People looking for profit are taking advantage of the current situation, items ranging from over the counter medicines, baby products, Cleaning products and hygiene to now food. Are all being re-sold on sites such as ebay at 5x to 10x or more over the original retail price. Stocks in supermarkets etc are low or depleted and panic buyers resort to paying the profiteers the over the extortionate prices on these sites.
