Financial institutions to give a 3 month holiday break on payments for Mortgages
Have the lenders defer mortgage payments for 3 months, the time frame the Government have suggested or longer if required, this should be added as an extension to the current term with no penalties other than interest.
This will help people in all areas of the UK's demographic from Vendors, Landlords, tenants, self employed, zero hour contract employed, they can liaise with their mortgage company or landlord or agents if they are faced with the prospect of no income or work, due to these exceptional extraordinary and unprecedented times.

Suspending payments for rent, council tax, mortgages and utilities is a matter for individual landlords, councils, mortgage providers and utility providers, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
