Scrap Televison licence for Armed Forces

Additional Information

As there are no plans to scrap the Television licence, is it fair for Armed Forces personnel to pay for a licence for their home, but ALSO have to pay for a ANOTHER tv licence while residing on MOD property during the week? 1 TV licence should cover you where ever you are.
