Cancel GCSE’s & A levels this year and give them their predicted grades instead.
Confer with the exam boards and make the decision to cancel all GCSE’s and A Levels this year, and let the teachers award the pupils their grade based on their predicted results.
The Coronavirus will have caused much stress to the pupils and their family so it would be unfair to allow them to take the exam, and also would be unfair to postpone their academic future until next year. Furthermore, exam results will be unfair due to many students and their families being under extra pressure self-isolating at home and missing valuable learning time.
