Petition Action

Test symptomatic NHS staff for Covid-19 to avoid unnecessary 14 day isolation

Petition Details

Test all symptomatic NHS staff for Covid-19 to avoid unnecessary 14 day isolation when they could be working.

Additional Information

The current guidelines mean the entire household has to self isolate for 14 days when one member shows symptoms. This person may not even have Covid-19 and then a frontline NHS worker will not be able to work and potentially have to isolate further down the line and be off for an additional 2 weeks.
