Provide bonus rewards to nurses & doctors who are treating COVID-19 patients
Government needs to address the extra work and extra risks faced by hospital nurses and doctors due to inadequate coronavirus protections for them and their families. Bonuses are needed for staff treating COVID-19 patients at hospitals affected i.e. front line nurses & doctors FY1/2 & SHO1/2s
Government is not paying the NHS staff adequately for treating COVID-19.
Pay for treating COVID-19 patients is not proportional to the associated risks.
No extra pay is given for extra hours, nights or extra risk, even though they are risking their lives and the lives of their family.
