Petition Action

Force energy companies to reduce unit cost when self-isolation becomes necessary

Petition Details

It is just a matter of time until the Government make self-isolation a legal requirement. This will lead families ot using more energy.
Everyone is sacrificing, so energy companies need to step up and support.

Additional Information

With the advent of Coronavirus, it is inevitable that large portions of the population will be required to self-isolate to try and slow down the spread of it.
When schools close, this will mean parents will need to stay home with their children.
With so many people staying at home, their use of energy to heat and power their confinement will increase.
Energy companies need to step up to the plate and support the population by reducing the cose of electricity and gas/oil for the duration
