Free “Low Risk” Prisoners In Order to Avoid Covid-19 Spread And Free Space.
Help to free more space in UK prisons by releasing “low risk” prisoners and will cause less harm to the public. Prisons are at a high risk of catching the coronavirus and are currently vulnerable to the illness with fewer resources to help them survive as well as their care takers/staff.
The coronavirus has caused prisons in Italy to riot, inmates in Brazil to flee from 4 different prisons and hundreds of prisoners have caught the illness abroad. Enable to avoid staff and prisoners to become ill, the government should take caution immediately to release prisoners with less serious cases to help staff manage the prisons and to avoid the spread of the coronavirus.
